|
Provide technical and marketing expertise to develop predictive
modeling algorithms and segmentations through an iterative process to
proactively identify population segments that statistically have a high
propensity for cross-sell or up-sell, likelihood for attrition, communication
channel preference, efficiency toward health care use, etc.
Proactively collaborate with Information Management to determine business
requirements, identify and prepare data, build models, store model results and
refresh models over time; included is the ability to work with both
the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Consumer Information Platform
(CIP). Support Marketing (Integrated Market Intelligence) to articulate
business needs, determine which identified population segments might
benefit from certain targeted messages or offerings and align with other
ongoing corporate initiatives. Ability to attend meetings with
management to communicate business needs and make decisions on behalf of
Integrated Market Intelligence as it relates to marketing analytics.
Requirements: -
Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Business or equivalent
work experience

Demonstrated relationship skills, active listening skills, and the
ability to understand, translate, and communicate marketing and data
concepts

Ability to track, to report, and to analyze data and make strategy
recommendations based on results/findings

Ability to leverage reporting, analytical, and data mining software
tools, e.g. statistical software and databases (e.g. SAS, SPSS,
Enterprise Miner and SQL)

Ability to use statistical mining techniques, e.g. Decision Trees,
Logistic Regression, Neural Networks, Clustering

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
